Music and movement is a series of light exercises for each part of the body, using pop music mostly from the 60's and 70's. For part of the exercise, weights or tins can be used and for another part, a walking stick as a prop.
We have a short break half-way through and a very good "calming session" at the end . A shortened version of the exercises can be used each morning, lasting for about 5 minutes.
We now need more members for this group, so please try and come along to see if it's what you are looking for in the way of exercise with music.
The Group meet at 10:30am on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
